Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full payment 7 days before all courses, unless other arrangements have been made prior.
Event change or cancelation 7 days' notice before the event date needs to be given before changing to the next available course if under 7 days 50% cancelation fee will apply and balance refunded.
Cancelation within 24 hours is 100 % cancelation fee. No Exceptions.
In the event of a Cancelation of the entire event a new date will be available.
Process of refund funds will be returned to the card or account number where payment was made within 7 days once agree by both parties
