Return and Refund Policy

Full payment 7 days before all courses, unless other arrangements have been made prior.
Event change or cancelation 7 day's notice before the event date needs to be given before changing to the next available course if under 7 days 50% cancelation fee will apply and balance refunded, or credit / gift voucher will be issued.
In the event of a rainout a new date will be available, if a rainout happens half-way through the event makeup time at another event will be made available at no charge.
Process of refund funds will be returned to the card or account number where payment was made within 7 days once agree by both parties
